The development of this strategy tool for risk-informed development was initiated by the UNDP Disaster Risk Reduction and Recovery for Building Resilience Team (DRT), in close collaboration with the Climate Change Adaptation Team (CCAT). Hence, it is a joint Global Policy Network (GPN) knowledge product of the Crisis Bureau (CB) and the Bureau for Policy and Programme Support (BPPS).
