Our latest proprietary system integrator survey reflects demand that is “cresting” at a high level with significantly higher impact from supply chain disruptions, not a surprise. Most integrators (83%) anticipate an increase in demand over the next 12 months, which is slightly lower than the Oct’21 survey (88%) but is a meaningful step up from the 2019/2020 survey of 64%/67%. Respondents saw ~7% average revenue growth in the last 12 months and they expect ~9% growth in the coming 12 months. Responses in this survey indicate ~4% capex growth in ’22 as compared to 5% in the Oct’21 survey, while for ’23 capex, the growth expectation is stable at ~4%. On April trends specifically, approximately 38% noted stronger demand than in Jan-Mar vs ~19% indicating weaker demand (~51%/7% Apr’21), which is slightly worse than normal seasonality.
