In our previous Korn Ferry Buyer Preferences Study, back in 2018, we noted that seller performance was declining. In fact, in the five years preceding our study, he number of sellers meeting or exceeding their quotas had dropped every year, to a low of 53% in 2018. Fast forward to today, and this figure is very similar.
