These include a variety of noncommunicable diseases (including cancers), communicable diseases (including an increased risk of tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS transmission), perinatal conditions (such as fetal alcohol spectrum disorders), and intentional and unintentional harm to self and others (including road traffic injuries, drowning and interpersonal violence).
