Global supply chains are experiencing elevated volatility, due to natural and  man-made shocks, but also trade realignments and technological change. It is  during such times that we most need robust analyses to understand  connectivity needs and to identify new opportunities and feasible paths for  trade integration and resilience, even as we acknowledge the associated risks.
