Both the climate emergency and ecosystem collapse pose a significant risk to SADC coastal communities whose livelihoods are highly dependent on coastal and marine resources. This paper explores ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA) interventions in the region that include livelihood outcomes, with a preference for those that can be taken to scale.
