The development of the ASEAN General Guidelines on Food Contact Materials (FCM) has been undertaken by the Prepared Foodstuff Product Working Group (PFPWG) established by the ASEAN Consultative Committee for Standards and Quality (ACCSQ). The document is endorsed by the 26th Meeting of PFPWG (April 2018) and provides general guidelines for FCM while specific requirements will be developed in separate documents.
