The Office of the Special Project Facilitator’s (OSPF) Lessons Learned series featuring Sri Lanka’s Clean Energy and Network Efficiency Investment Project is a collaborative effort led by Sushma Kotagiri, principal facilitation specialist, OSPF, and Ranishka Yasanga Wimalasena, energy specialist, Pacific Department (PARD) [formerly with Sri Lanka Resident Mission (SLRM)].
