“Building health system resilience in an uncertain world” is a report written  by Economist Impact and supported by UNOPS, the UN agency with a  core mandate for infrastructure, project management and procurement. 

This paper explores key strategies for strengthening health systems in lowand middle-income countries, including the role of governance, financing,  procurement and infrastructure in building resilience, and draws on a series  of in-depth interviews.
